Rick Drumm

Director of Settlement Services

Rick Drumm is Director of Settlement Services at Ticor Title Company of California. He arrived at Ticor after running his own escrow company in Los Angeles with two locations. Rick has escrow in his blood, as his father helped to pioneer the independent escrow industry with the state’s largest escrow company, Heritage Escrow. Rick has worked in the escrow industry since 1985.

Organization and efficiency are professional qualities Rick emphasizes with his approach to every client. His motto revolves around the 5 P’s: “Prior Planning Prevents Poor Performance”. Rick develops highly efficient workflows to produce the highest level of service. His work ethic has been recognized with his award of the Escrow Manager of the Year at Commonwealth, Alliance, and North American Title companies, respectively. With his passionate, client-focused approach, Rick represents some of the best talent that Ticor Title has to offer.

Rick has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Nevada at Reno. He is a 5th generation Californian, and currently resides in Pasadena. In his leisure time, Rick enjoys reading, hiking, and travelling.
